Just wanted to ask because of the group I play modded with.

Will there ever be an alternative, perhaps less powerful version?
Example: 300m max range instead of 800m, with drillspeed and yield about the same as the vanilla drill. Recipe probably unmodified simply due to the range advantage over the vanilla drill.

The reason why I ask this is because my group has a problem with any mods they consider overpowered, [This is mostly due to one of the members becoming a warmongering god among men in minecraft when we had draconic evolution installed] and they see this mod as following the same philosophy of "If it's expensive, it's balanced" and after a short test I don't think they will be adding it any time soon with the current version due to 2mil stone in about a minute of drilling and what I can only assume to be a 80-100m drop left behind.
