1.8 - Observations
Hello.

I am currently using Insane Maps with the 1.8 version of the game and I have encountered the following things:

Playing as a machine empire:
The homeplanet of my species turns into a gaia world.
The governor is not working the governor position on gamestart.
The machine fallen empire never seems to spawn.

Mod doesn't work with machine empires
When playing as machine empires you will spawn with the incorrect amount of pops, you will spawn with farms, cannot build pops because they disappear at the end of the month and your capital building will disappear.

Tested this without other mods and got the same result so there's no mod compatibility issues.

I am having the same issues.

Just using this mod and dlc:
You start off with your governor not selected and your pops (just 4) on the wrong tiles.
If I play a machine conciousness three of my buildings including my capital will disappear the first tick-over month.
My machine empire pops will start to grow like normal population.
My starting planet is a gaia world every time.
Besides the listed fallen empire slider the "primitive empire" slider also does not work and will seed primitive empires when set to 0.

I hope these issues can be resolved because this is a mod that makes competing for terrain way more fun.

Yes, you start at unhabutable planet, then mod try turn it into ideal class. At the end fall to gaia.
May be robots haven't habitability trait.

Don't think this can be fixed.

Will fix.

While I'm not /entirely/ familiar with scripting as far as stellaris goes, couldn't you use a scope or whatever it's called to grab the planet from the prescripted empire?

Then again, if you could do that, you could probably grab the empire name and system/planet name and then solve the prescripted empire name issues, so maybe it isn't cause if it was you prolly would have done it already, I guess.

Also did you mean machines when you said robots? :v

Is there a galaxy in the form of a map of the Earth?
