I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'm guessing you're confused about how to add a custom namelist to your personal mod or something like that? I'm sure Paradox must have changed the syntax format of namelist on some level, because a lot of old namelist mods appeared garbled.

@Gear'O'Derm The localization formatting changed earlier this year or last year, I forgot when, but not hugely so, the same principles apply per above if you are interested in making a mod.
