Recommended for Newbie?
I bought Stellaris awhile ago and have not the time to play it. When I get started, ought I to start with this mod first instead of Vanilla?

I'd sugest playing Stellaris without any mods installed and with warp engines. This way you can learn what the game is like without mods and then decide what to change via mods. The reason for starting with warp engines is that they are significantly easier to use then the other methods like hyperspace and wormhole.
