General Failure when opening
Hello guys I'm having some trouble with this mod. I bought homeworld yesterday and I downloaded several mods for the classic and the remastered. For the remastered I downloaded this mod and Star Trek continuum. Star trek opens fine it lets me play and everything is normal, but whenever I try to open this mod it doesn't even get into the main menu screen. It just shows me a error message: General failure(it continues down in other languages). What should I do to play it?

I'm having the same problem, it used to work for me the last time I played it(which is a few months ago)

if you looked in the comments on the main page you could have easly seen that mod still need to be updated to the newest version on home world, there is only one guy working on it so give him some time

Well usually when you have a problem with a game or mod you try looking on the discussion page, which is where problems like this should be reported. I shouldn't have to dig up coments to see its not working. But okay. If the Modder needs help I'll do anything I can.

anyword on the update the Modder was having trouble right did anybody manage to lend him the helping hand he needed or do things still look grim

i think he having problems because he cant get help to finsh up the update, hes basicly by himself

well I hope things get easyer for him this looks like a great mod I would hate to see it die before I could even try it ... while I'm on the subject does anyone know exsactly what he needs help with I'd be willing to lend a hand if I'm actuly capable in the area he needs a hand with if not I could still ask around for people to help him

hmm I don't know I'd like to but I know next to nothing about moding I feel like I'd just be wasting his time

Last summers major update broke all existing mods and they have to retooled or whatever to be compatible with that update and its future updates. Any amount of investigating on this page for youyrselves would ahve lead you to this answer.
