you have same problem at campaign? if so, you should check the workshop folder. go to your root Steam folder, then to steamapps/workshop/content/270150/684867367. if you can't see any contents right there, actually you have not downloaded them for some reason. by the way, you played RWR through Steam client? not via RWR shortcut? if you played RWR through shortcut, Workshop couldn't work even if subscribed.
