you just login with steam, on the browser you use.

what files do i put in the addons folder

the addons folder can be found by right clicking on the garrysmod name then go to Properties, select Local Files then press Browse Local Files, then when you are in the folder press the one with garrysmod and then addons then you can create a new folder to put the materials and models into and the extended spawn menu will let you see a folder named Addons_legacy underneath the normal addons there should the truck model be located with a couple of other models i included in the pack.
