Mod Compatability
First of all, for guaranteed compatible mods please check the main mod description as the author as listed mods that are supported. This list may not be entirely accurate, as this mod and any mentioned mods below are updated things can shift from compatible to non-compatible and vice-versa. This is also based mainly on other subscribers reporting on what works and what doesn't based on in-game experience and/or seeing if there are any conflicting file edits.

I have not tested these too thoroughly (especially since I am not playing much Stellaris lately, will likely get back into it after next major patch/update) so don't take this as absolute.

If you run into any problems or think the list should be updated, let me know. I will check in on the comments/etc to update this list when I can.

Can I assume that purely cosmetic mods like new names, portraits and such (which don't have any deeper options/mechanics) should all be compatible?

Apart from colour palette with the flags, yeah most likely. I haven't dug into what this mod does with ringworlds exactly, but yeah the only possible issues I could see occuring with using a cosmetic mod with this one would be glaringly obvious and not impact actual gameplay (and wouldn't break saved games).

It's a bit of a pity, I love big mod compilations as long as they are assembled by someone who knows what they're doing (a rare case), and you certainly seem to be one of such people. I'd be really excited if this grew to something huge and complex, and with all the whistles that modders make all the time (new race portraits, prettier stars, etc.).

@Solarius Scorch - Not sure if that is directed at me or the Author?

If its aimed at the author, warstalker, I think his updates have slowed down due to the recent and the next one is apparently not far off either.

As for updating this particular discussion, I am just playing a lot of total war at the moment and other life stuff. The author has his own list of recommended / compatible mods he keeps a track of. I will likely come back to Stellaris when there is more content etc, and as I tend to I'll go nuts with mods and work out what works with what again.

@Monkey: Sorry, I somehow assumed you're co-writing this mod. I have a bit of a fever and apparently can't add 2 and 2 together. :P
Well, I just wanted to say that I'm expecting a lot from Fight For Universe. Stellaris is a game that is a pain to use mods with due to their frequent conflicts, which makes big mod collections invaluable. I have created the Final Mod Pack for Openxcom for mostly this reason (although Openxcom is probably more forgiving) and it turned out to be a big hit, people simply wanted something like this. So I guess it'd be cool to have an analogue for Stellaris too.

Exterminatus and New Ships Classes & More works as well with the mod, althrough with expanded war demands the Exterminatus war demands doesn't work properly.

New Ship Classes break terraforming links for some players.
