Dino max level isn't changing

I'm having an issue with one of the servers we're hosting, we've got the mod in and it changes the player max levels. but it doesn't change the dino max level to 240 but the 400 levels do work. Any suggestions??

when you tame the dino it can gain up to 240 levels it should spawn at a level up to 300 if it doesn't see if you have gameusersettings in config files in ark survival evolved under serversettings
