Arab mission 14 not ending?
I've destroyed all the bases in the area, Omar has already called in explaining what happened with Gensher, Heike called the scout, who said nothing interesting is happening where he is. All primary objectives are complete. I have all cargo bays in the marked area too. Am i to wait? Or have i missed something?

I'm relaying the answer from 0dd1: The dialogue mentioned means the mission is only halfway through. The mission waits until all secondary objectives are complete or time runs out. After that there is an option of finishing without completing the secondary objectives, but the same can't be done in the first part. That I may need to change.
