How do you get the game to recognise this mod?

Doesn't seem to notice it when I load up

If you run Owar.exe and click on the Mod Launcher that should force the mod to be copied if its downloaded or get steam to download it.

Tried that and it still didn't show up, I've downloaded it from the workshop so no idea what the problem is

scratch that, it seems to have found it this morning. Maybe needs a restart or something
