Stat Idea
Maybe the stats could be it doesn't notify the Enginner about it being placed, but it takes way longer to destroy the Builds.

Actually I like yours way better than mine, it would change gameplay a lot which would make the game slightly more interesting for everyone.

I think it functioning as a reskin would do better, since this would certainly add more variety to the reskins. Especially if this had voice lines!

when are destroying a enemy building
all teammates can see the building tough the walls

and if enemy spyes try use them they will bleed fro 2 seconds
in mvm
+do damage to the saped robots
+ you have a ramdom free upgrate for the saper
in casual
+40% chance to dodge the hit to the saper(and laugh)
+10% damage
-this saper is is destroy in 1 hit

ok, i have some stat ideas

+faster sap time
+sentry gun (when sapped) 20 bullet resistance
+laugh on sap
-destroyed in one hit
-10 walking speed when held

- Sapper takes x2 as long to drain building "hp"
- Sapper is loud, playing a robotic spy laugh
- Sapper does not disable enemy buildings

= Building can be damaged by friendly fire

+ Sapper takes control of enemy buildings rather than destroy them

I like the idea of a sapper that can take over buildings, which if there's no engie around the team has to decide on whether to destroy the sentry before it can be taken over or wait for the engie to respawn and protect him as he goes to remove the sapper (or pyrbo with a home-wrecker)
hope is reskin for a sapper usefull mvm
Guys for those who have not watched karma charger its already have stats and one of those stats is when you sap an red enemy building the sapper turns it to blu
1) randomly attack anyone in site expect the engineer who built it during saping
--> it run into confusion when undergoing saping
--> it put the spy in danger if the spy was not carefully planned in the attack
--> it give the engineer a better change to remove it

2) it can not be heal by friendly engineer
--> so that the engineer nest will not be completely take over
