Helment causes crashing

When ever I put on the helment, it causes the game to freeze up and after about 4 minutes it crashes and closes ARK. Only when I put the helment on, be it before or after the rest of the armor is on.

had this too, crashed the game on my dedicated server for people even nearby within render
