By reading the description.
Add the following to your GameUserSettings.ini - anywhere towards the end - edit as you wish

ll True/False settings default to False if left blank.
Default Weight Boost is 100, Stamina Boost is 25 and Giga Laser Damage is 250 if left blank

FunJump
Set to True to enable "poop" sound and alternate particle system when using jump boost.

FlyControl
Set to True to enable movement control when using jump boosts.

WeightBoost & Stamina Boost
Set number to whatever you want the additional weight carrying capacity and stamina increase to be. AFIK, you could make it 150000000000000000 if you so desire. However, if you do set it that high and it breaks your game/server it's not my fault!

JumpDisabled
Set to true to disable all jump features for everyone

AdminOnlyJump
Set to true so only admins can use jump features

MegaJumpOn
Set to true to enable mega jump

AdminOnlyMega
Set to true so only admins can mega jump

FlameThrowerOn
Set to true to enable built in flamethrower

AdminOnlyFlame
Set to true so only admins can use the flamethrower

FlightEnabled
Set to true to enable flight mode

DontUseFuel
Set to true so durability on flightpack does not decrease while in use

LessDamage
Set to true to receive 50% less damage. Temp "fix" for stronger dino mods. Affects everything. IE: You receive 50% less damage from weapons, falling, dino's etc. Close to the same thing as adding durability.

GigaLaserDMG
Determines the amount of damage the laser does. Higher numbers = more damage.

GLNoDMGMetal
Set to true to prevent lasers from doing damage to metal structures.

These setting didn,t work for me.. What else do we need to do to get it working ?.. ive seen multiple ppl having this same issue. Why cant it just be set to true by default ?..
