Error pop out when using 81 Tiles mod

Got error below when using 81 Tiles mod:

Array index is out of range. [System.IndexOutOfRangeException]

Had tried to uninstall and reinstall all the mod, then found it is Surface Painter cause the issue.

P.S. It only happen in Scenario mode map.

Why are you sending it here and not 81 tiles.
