Spider Swatter Bug
So whenever Jessica drops her Spider Swatter (or it gets knocked out of her hand via frog), it disappears forever and there is no way to pick it back up.

From the description (hope this helps!):

* The Spider Swatter, upon being dropped, can vanish. This is an animation bug. Hitting the spacebar nearby where you dropped it will cause your character to auto-pick up the item and return it to your inventory.
