There doesn't seem to be savegame compatability on this. I can't select policies.

Are you referring to a previously saved game that you loaded up with my mod newly activated?

Yes

Hi. A game of mine that was working fine with this mod now doesn't display any of the policies after a reload. Edicts and stuff are showing up, but the policies are just suddenly gone, which is pretty annoying as I was relying on some of them. :s

@Muffin: Are all of the policies missing or is it just the ones my mod adds?
Deadeye_7 31 May, 2016 @ 3:52pm
@Like_A_Stone I have the same issue as Muffin, all of the policies your mod added are gone after a reload, the vanilla policies are still there, but new ones are gone

I just uploaded an update yesterday that reworked the main policies file. It may not have been save-game compatible. Can you tell me what government your empire has?
Deadeye_7 31 May, 2016 @ 5:28pm
plutocratic oligaracy, the bottom of the middle line the one with the money bag symbols on both sides of the person

and no, its not just save game, started anew game and the policies are still gone, like i said before, vanilla policies are still there aswell as both vanilla AND MOD EDICTS, but your policys are just not there

@Deadeye: I am not having the issue with a new game and Plutocratic Oligarchy. What other mods do you have activated? Are you running Beta 1.1?
Deadeye_7 31 May, 2016 @ 6:21pm
i have a bunch of mods but the only one that does anything to policies is the civilian trade mod, other that that nothing should mess it up. and no, no beta

okay, i have done everything i can think of...i have unsubbed and re subbed to your mod...disabled and renabled your mod, disabled all other mods, and nothing...i cannot get your mod policies to show up again, in both new or saved games.....idk what happed 0_0?

@Deadyeye: Please try it now. Both Stellaris and the mod were updated for version 1.1 today.
Deadeye_7 1 Jun, 2016 @ 6:48pm
@Like_A_Stone nope, no difference

Update. just disabled all other mods and its working now...im going to have to reenable one by one to find the incompatibility

Update#2 ok, found it, it was Delincious's playable robots mod that was causing a incompatibility, why that mod idk, but it was the problem

Sadly, Playable Robots will not be compatible with this mod because we both add new governments and policies, and thus have to overwrite the vanilla files. If Paradox changes the way those files work as far as adding code vs. overwriting they may be compatible one day, but until then they will not be compatible.
