No it does not because it fits perfect for engie.
Like the pool party fits only for pyro because of the cuteness and Scout the Breakdance etc.

Yeah, I have to agree. The design is very much based on the engineer, and the other classes wouldn't even touch an electronic other than the spy with his sapper.

I find some cosmetics, and taunts in TF2 better for a single class than it being an all class item.

I think it would be good only on Scout and Engineer. Scout cause his character would fit and the engineer because of him being a mechanic or something.
