I think it would be better with +15% damage, 30% slower reload speed, 15% slower firing speed, each kill increases sapper damage by +3 up to +15 what do you think?

Sappers? Who cares about them.
I also agree with Krisi9, but not in sapper damage thing.
Maybe clip capaity decreased by 4, +45% increased damage, -35% slower firing speed with no random critical hits would be nice idea.

how about the engi gets a revolver instead to replace the pistol becase we need more engi secondarys

Maybe, just maybe, the correct stats be:

Each kill with the revolver increases sapper damage by +1, up to +5
+15% damage
30% slower reload speed
15% slower firing speed
Clip Capcity decreased to 3 (or 4)

What do you think?

im sure valve will make with this something like L'Tranger reskin but...

20% slower reload speed
-25% of health
Two types of shot - Left mouse : Slow shot +15 damage
Right mouse : Fast shot but -30 damage

right click can shot 3 shots all at once (like McCREE in overwatch) :csgogun:
also maybe it can penetrat but due less damage
(right click does less damage and -5%)

Alt fire: shoot bullest that penetrate players
+15% damage bonus
25% slower reload
Penetrating shots fire 50% slower


*Penetrating shots deal less damage the more players they pass through*

it should be ------

+15% damage bonus vs players
15% slower reaload speed
-25% damage vs buildings
20% slower realoud speed
10% slower firing speed
on kill +2 damage increase on sapper (max of +12)
10% slower weapon switch (so u cant spam ur pistol and sapper at same time)
when active: -10% damage from sentries:sentry:

(also it should have 5 shots)
