I would add that the taunt is the meddig taking a chug,healing 20 health or so.

Meant to be more of a risky self-healing tool than a weapon. Splash a few unaware enemies, and then enjoy your new increased health regen. It would also be great for Spy checking or working with a Neon Annihilator Pyro.
When Ubercharge is full, you can use it on yourself.
But you don't get invulin, you will get crit-boost and all damage taken is reduced by 20% for 15 secs. But you can't heal or shoot during this time. (Aka, The medic don't need no man)
( I would believe 10 sec effect which would be enough for Neon Annihilator pyros to use their Melee with a third class option if this were to be made into the game.)

Also unlike the other Melee's for medic this isn't exactly a upgrade from stock but most certainly is the equivilant of the overdose. Not a direct useful upgrade but could do some tiny help in MvM.
Don't think such a weapon would affect competive either since the other 9 classes most likely won't be to threaten by it unlike with the uber-saw and stock.

Stats
On Hit: Players are jarated for 4 seconds and mad milked for 2 seconds, it can only be used once.(meaning if you already jarated/mad milked some one you have to use a resupply cabnet or respawn to refill it)
-40% Damage penalty
