Can only build mini-dispensers (someone else made that), which appear as chests. As this looks like a hammer from medieval times, this would be a medieval weapon. I only suggested mini-dispensers, as trying to make them to look medieval is kinda, eh.
EDIT: Mini-dispensers could also be barrels.

Can heal/repair/refill buildings 60% more effectively (40 metal instead of 25 for upgrading)

Misc: New swing animation where the hammer is swung with 2 hands (think sniper melee crit animation)
The upgrade/repair/refill is effectively 20% slower (unless you're done in one hit) but it has some other fun stats without being too complex
IMO these stats are most likely to get in the game because all of the mechanics are already used in other melee weapons and I think it would be fun because it's more or less the opposite of the jag.
