This isn't functioning properly.

It's broken for two reasons, the first is I can't colour the eyes with it, the second is this screenshot where it shows me trying to colour a part of a model and it not becoming coloured. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=703513650

i have the color toop but for some reason it doesn't show the colors for me so yeah.
