I re-created it. All I did was unload everygame that Bonniethegamerbuuny doesn't have and then laoded the game.

I unloaded every gmod game execpt for TF2. > Load map > tornado spawns with a lot of missing textures > fixed > enjoy your coffee (or tea if you drink it (eww tea!))

no its not that i see missing texture its that the particles were deleted but why are they thing to spawn?

For some reason the particle name twister will appear but it won't actually work if you spawn it in with particle controller
