(This just my opinion, sorry if I accidentally make someone mad) I think the stats should be: that it's a single shot minigun like the dragon's fury. Where it shoots a rocket. When you click M2 it's the same as any of the other mini guns. But while you're spun up you have a 20% damage resistance to ranged sources(because it's a tank), and the rockets do 10% more damage. Also you can sort of hop(like the detonator, or just straight forward rocket jumps) . But you have to reload every rocket, the clip size is only one and the reload is the same speed as solider's primary reload. Also you can't pick up ammo packs while spun up.
