Can place it down and drive it? Marked on death when doing so?

Small speed up when you put it down, -25 health?

i know what the taunt should be! it should be heavy puting it down and starting it. and then sitting on it and going around with a happy face!:steamhappy:. but you still move at the speed of a heavy.(or slower if the gun makes you walk slower!)

My stats are?
- 20% damage
Doesn't slow you down when spun but slows when while firing
Has a turbo bar that fills while shooting that takes five seconds while shooting to fill and is activated when the heavy stops spinning the barrel giving him a boost of speed similar to the Disciplinary Action.

Heres an idea,
+25% faster movement speed when revved up
-50% turning speed when revved up

This
(optional) +10% damage
-15% firing speed

Or This
(optional) -75% firing speed
shoots explosive projectiles

On kill: Increased movement speed for 5 seconds
-50% max ammo

On Kill: Minicrits for 2 seconds
On Domination: Crits for 5 Seconds
Getting Dominated: Marks the Dominator (Or the person that dominated you) for death for minicrits by only the heavy
-10% Damage
-20% Firing Speed
+10% Movement speed while spun up
+50% Ammo Capacity
+10% Ranged Resistance
+20% Melee Resistance
-Really Loud (Shots sound like cannon blasts)
-50% Healing speed for healers (Because all tanks have to be shot down.)

You forgot no random crits.
Instead of a minigun it could be something like a retarded direct hit
Has 36 shots, each shot has damage falloff, flies extremely fast, has like no blast radius
While deployed -30% move speed (on top of the "normal" move speed penalty)
You have to wait a few seconds after firing 4 rockets

Have fun trying to write theese as stats.

I'll just repost my idea, since it's the same weapon:

:steamhappy:=Pros
:steamsad:=Cons
:steammocking:=Neutral, additonal, or whatever they're called

The Treadmill
Level 68 Portable tank

:steamhappy:No movement speed reduction while spinning
:steamhappy:Fires a single projectile that deals 890% more damage at any distance (the Minigun's base damage is 9)
:steamsad:Must be reloaded every 2 seconds (1 projectile in the clip/magazine)
:steamsad:2000% slower fire rate (2 seconds)

:steammocking:(here's the funny part)On taunt:The Heavy mounts himself on the tank,what gives him a 15% movement speed bonus and Auto-Fire
Auto-Fire:The tank will lock its cannon on the nearest enemy and fire at him automatically, you can switch between objectives with M1 and M2.
The third person camera will be active while you're on the tank, like when taunting or losing.
