A few ones so far, one glaring.
The first is small, in a large town to the north-west, below the submarine base, the police helicopter there spawns inside of the building.

Bigger ones include a complete lack of ammo boxes, leading to difficulty aquiring ammunition, and the likewise complete lack of any form of medical store, leading to ALL of my deaths so far being due to getting 'sick' eventually and dying with no way out.
