If you download the props

Take the props, and drag them into your usermod folder

I Know That But Its Notepad And It Never Works When I Get A SFM Thing Thats Notepad :C

the real problem is the reason why its a notepad is because you dont have WinRar you need that in order for it to work
first go download winrar it let you open zip folders
second download the props again
third go to the folder where it is
fourth right click on that and press extract here
and it should put them in there it worked for me
