Buildings shape terrain incorrectly

Hi, With the rainfall mod buildings that grow randomly do it incorrectly. Some buildings will make themselves a little hill or be sunken next to the road. Anything heard of this before or know the fix? If I disable just the rainfall add on it fixes it.
