The name has nothing to do with capcom because it's a helmet. That's not how Copyright works. If i made a game, named the guy Ryu; shoots fireballs, does large upercuts and spins his foot around, but changed his appearance, then that's copyright. Capcom did not invent the name Onimusha either. For example, if someone were to use my name, it would be copyright because it has no other meanings or results because it's completely made up. A better example would be a person going under the name Markiplier and posing themself as so. If his name is copywritten. For the sake of it, let's say it is.

Even better example, using the name Pikachu for a monster in a totally different game other than Poke'mon.

10/10 for the helmet, but please not for Rhino. The textures are waaaay off for his body textures. This is more fitting for Excal.
