A Question if you please
I'd like to know if there was any way I could gift this to a friend. I can't seem to figure it out

Unfortunately no :( I'm very sorry! The only workaround is to gift a steam redeemable card so they can use the money to buy it.

Download the game via Steam and you'll get the access to the steam tennogen marketplace inside the game directly. After that you just choose the item you like and you use your steam wallet to pay for it :)
