Each entry for each personality has a section of code that looks something like this:
The "weight = 10" (or whatever number it is) is the main spawn chance number thingy. Most of them, whether from vanilla or my mod, are around 5 to 10. The second part are modifiers that can change the chances of those appearing depending on different criteria.
Or can I simply take it out of the workshop folder and use it as is?

I'm not sure if anyone else has already posted something similar in the comments section, but I just wanted to put this out there so no one has to go through the trouble of hunting down the file in the workshop folder.
