SCS Volvo sound

For now the EPA 2013 engines use stock sound and the EPA 2017 use the ETS2 sounds. If there is enough interest, that may change in the future, please let me know what you think!

If there are objections, I will slowly move all other Volvo truck to the same sound configuration.
