+Use scroll button to activate charge
+Penetrates through players during charge
-Damage penalty during charge
- -17% clip size (-1 bullet)

What about people on laptop who dont have a scroll? I have a usb mouse for my gaming laptop.

I use laptop and wireless usb mouse too, did not think about that, but tf2 isn't really a mousepad game, most people who play tf2 on laptop use usb mouses.

i like this one. hey epic? you know how to any spy the ambassitor is a pistol version of the sniper? why not add in a charging mechanic that can consum all the ammo in your clip and you get up to +45% damage? and decrease max primary ammo. that way spies can have a pisto version of the machina!
