Does the Gnome do Anything?
I've seen several L4D2 customer campaigns with the gnome in them. On some, the gnome is actually used for something. Is there a use for the gnome here, or is it just another easter egg?

well in hl2 ep2 the gnome is used if you want to bring him to the end to the game and put him in a rocket mostly a easter egg

I know, and you get an achievement for doing it in HL2 EP2 and on the Dark Carnival campaign here. On some L4D2 custom maps though, the gnome is present and I've been on one where it does actually do something taking it to a certain part in the campaign. I like for Campaign creators do that because it adds a little accomplishment, it's just a little sad when they add the gnome just to have it there.
