How to change the clock to 24H and move it to the right

Open

C:\Users\user\Documents\my games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\Example - Simple Clock (v 8)\Example_SimpleClockAddin.lua

Change the 6th line to

local t = os.date("%H:%M");

Open

C:\Users\user\Documents\my games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\Example - Simple Clock (v 8)\Example_SimpleClockAddin.xml

Change the 3rd line to
