[Updated] I made complete compilation of the Workshop weaponry.
DOWNLOAD[drive.google.com]




Just download it and overwrite XSkinSystem mod folder.
( ~~\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\268500\707548632 )


It will enable following weapons in my collection. I already put all configs.
(Except Mass Effect Weapons & brand new G36KE.
They already enabled or have enabler.)

YES, even legacy weapon mods are working!! ...with proper config.
(which I did!! yeah~)

I think I completely collect all the weapons in the Workshop.
However, If I miss something, just let me kno...

I already put some kind of edit manual and examples in XComSkinSystem.ini.


XSkin System is a god's work.
But edit text files for that is savage slavery... Orz

  1. Enable Copy Stats, Hide Weapons and Schematics

  3. If you use Total ADVENT weaponry for skin,
    Disable all the Schematic Settings

    and If you use A Better Advent 2 Mod.
    Delete or Rename NewAdventWeapons.upk from ABA 2 mod. (it's in Content folder)

    Melee weapon setting is made for my own use.
    And I prefer to use those melee weapons.

    If you don't like it. See the XComSkinSystem.ini.
    Like I said... I already put all configs for default weapons.
    (and edit manual... sort of. If you see it, you can easily figure it out.)

    Just delete semicolon(;), and put it to my settings.

    Now, in default, some assault rifles changed to battle rife skins.
    and, some sniper rifles changed to DMR skins

    I didn't make change for SAW yet, because there is no Tier 2,3.

    I left No-Battle rifle pack version setting inside of ini files.
    Some rifles should change XComTrueSkinSystem.ini, too.




I am planning to make two more configs later.
if you see the XComSkinSystem.ini, you can notice that.

2. Tier 1.5 (ETC) & 2.5 (LW LS) compatible

Until then, if you don't want Tier 1.5, but want to use XCOM 1 weapons,
better sub XCOM EU/EW Ports: Tier 1 Weaponry then ETC weapons mod.

PS : I am currently not planning to upload this as a separate Mod.
not sure Local descriptions for legacy weapons will work as same as now when it separated.

I just checked out your work and... wow. I had enough of that when I made few weapons like MP5 show up as SMG skins.

ok, I meddled with your instructions for the SMGs, at least got it kind of working, and learned a bit about this whole subject in the process,so thanks again.

and now after a little break I finally got around to take a look at this...monumental favor you've done us here, man. can only repeat what Mauste wrote: WOW! and thanks a lot.

Now I can get rid of that pug-ugly blade on the vortex katana! Love the sword, but hates that colour; on low resolution it looks like a gnarly pink candy stick.^^

yesss! the purple thingy is gone, the nice shiny steel blade is back! I will honor you in my homebrew D&D-campaign and name a famous swordmaster NPC after you, and dedicate a warrior shrine to the Thunderbeast ! thanks mate! :D

Well... actullay,Thunderbeast was my AD&D and GURPS character's Nickname. (Not playing anymore) His name was Rain Cloud, though. :P
(AD&D version : Warrior->Wizard dual class, GURPS version : Anonymous Hacker)
