Except the Black Ops M16 mod, that's outdated.
you can make it easier for me if you send me a list of your weapon templates and what they're supposed to be a skin for.
Does the Total Advent Weaponry mod work for you? I can't get it to work :(, even though it should work in theory.

The M60 is different, since it uses a custom class so that both Grenadiers and Soldiers can use it. I didn't include the marksman versions of the M14 and SVD, since they function differently from regular weapons.
Should now be included.
Here's all the mods I use:

-Total ADVENT Weaponry

LWS SMGs should be the base weapon for the SMGs in the Total ADVENT Weaponry and Reach packs, although the Reach DMR should NOT a skin. Only the Battle Rifle (and maybe the Tactical Shotgun) in Sparts Kitbashes should be skins.
Also, LWS SMG and Total ADVENT Weaponry are supported in theory.
There is AssaultRifleB, CannonB, SniperRifleB, they should be obvious.
However, there are more weapons:
LongShotgun is probably the tactical shotgun, I don't remember if it has any stat changes over the normal one.
Pistol Classic is a semi-auto handgun, so I dunno if you want to have that as a skin.
Sawed-off Shotgun is a shotgun pistol, for lack of better terminology.
No idea about AdvCannon.
