"Bumper" stats

(+) on hit : apply 200 z velocity to the victim (push him in air)
(+) on hit : apply 600 look velocity to the victim (knockback)
(-) -25% attack rate
(-) -10% movement speed while deployed

While weapon is active:
+35% damage
+30% resistance to all types of damage
-30% knockback.

200% holster and deploy speed.
Cannot be crit, mini-crit boosted.
-50% swing speed.


It's like what JVJMM suggested but better.
I guess.

-50% slower switch to speed
-35% slower swing speed
Electric effect would be perfectly present....Shock/tazing would act as a stun

+ 5 secs of electric effect also add 50 damage per second
- 20% firing speed
-10% max overheal

Please excuse my noobish stats.

+ Has High Knockback and Damage

= Makes a sound when punching, regardess if an enemy is hit or not

- Very Slow Punchrate
- Has a limited number of punches before it has to recharge using a Dispenser or Equipment Locker

This only encourages "Pocket Medics" to only "Heal" one person for the entire match and focus on no one else.

This only encourages "Pocket Medics" to only "Heal" one person for the entire match and focus on no one else.
so you pick up this melee just to tell your medic to go elsewhere... weird
