Mod doesn't show up

How do you mean, in the selector window when you start the game? Sometimes mods don't download from Steam until you restart it. Try that--or did you mean something else?

well. they don't show up in the game after i start it up. its like i enable it with several other ship mods and then it doesn't work in the game. the scout doesn't appear at all.

Sounds like a conflict. Warship Redux does a full replacement on the following files:

common/ship_sizes/00_ship_sizes.txt
common/technology/00_eng_tech.txt
common/spaceport_modules/00_spaceport_modules.txt

If you are using other mods that also replace any of these files then one or the other will end up not loading.

1) Currently the battleship assembly yards are buffing dreadnaughts instead of battleships, even though the naval assembly yards also buff dreadnaughts.
2) The word Frigate is not capitalized on the unlock technology, and the unlock technology for Frigates is called "Destroyers" resulting in 2 techs named "Destroyers".
3) Fleet Carriers are unlocked on a tech called "Battleships" with same issue as in #2. There are now two techs called Battleships.

@MrAndaren: Okay, I've found the capitalization error on the Frigate but there shouldn't be an unlock tech for that ship at all; you get it automatically with the level 3 spaceport.

*The Battleship Yard should buff both battleships and dreadnaughts and the Naval Yard should buff all warships.

*As to the repeated tech names I don't havre that issue and have not had any reports of it before; are you using any other ship mods that might be interfearing? My localization files seem fine but maybe there is an additional file to alter I don't know about.

The Escort and Fleet Carrier should both be unlocked by a single tech called "Carriers."
The Fleet Tender and SWACS should each have an unlock tech as well but all other ships are unlocked by the spaceport.

The only other mods im running are yours and a few graphics mods such as empire colors, I can send screenshots if you want or the techs

Yeah, send me the tech--if there's an issue it's likely there. Did you unlock the "Carriers" tech at some point in the game to make available or did they just show-up around the time the battleship became available? Also try re-verifying your Stellaris files--sometimes they go bad and weird stuff happens. I'm frankly at a loss as to what could be causing this but I'll keep digging around. I would deffinately re-verify the game files though--the fact that I haven't heard about this problem cropping up before makes me think it could be that--also did you try starting a new game? Do that and use the console to unlock all the techs: hit the tilder key in game ( ` ) then type:

research_technologies

Take a look at the researched techs in the tree and see if it's still in there like that--could just be a save-game flub as well.

I apologize, this is my bad, I realized you had this Bug Report forum after I posted my comment:

I cannot explain this, but you may want to figure out what happened here LOL: You're Plantoid Star Cruiser is "split". Literally, without locator coordinates or any explaination. Here is what I get in-game with it:
