  • Artillery manufacturer, inf equip & motor equip focus gets +5% speed for war factories
  • Added bonuses for "max Factories in a state +10%" & "Production Efficiency Cap +2,5%" not until Level 3 Steel Mill.
  • Added 1st rubber tech unlock to every main nation on 1939 to counter the rubber loss from oil Refineries
  • Added heavy Steel Industry II to every main Nation (1939)
  • USA also have 2 Rubber and 1 chromium techs unlocked (1939)
  • GER & SOV have 1 chromium tech unlocked (1939)
  • GER have 1 tungsten tech unlocked (1939)
  • GER have 1 heavy steel tech unlocked (1936)
  • AI will research new things
  • AI (major) now has a few of the new buildings built in 1936 and 1939
  • New Factory year unlocks in the regarding changelog here
  • 1st Rubber tech costs slightly higher (compared to "expanded industry")
  • 1st Rubber, Chromium, Tungsten & Aluminium tech research costs are on the same level (Steel Mill 50% less)
  • War, Worker & Supply factories have a 1% higher air damage per building
