Alouette III-Sf missing cargo positions fixed

The gunner positons on the SF don't seem to let you point your weapon left or right, you can go up or down but not left to right.

For some reason I can't change the skin on the Alouette? I wanted to use the Portuguese skin, but even when I change to another skin that is preset on another nation, it doesn't stick

For some reason,the blurry texture from alouetteiii_rotorblur_ca.paa is visible on helicopter's blades,please fix it.
