Idea for Communist China after losing the civil war
After China is unified and Mao has been beaten, I like to pause, switch tags to the USSR and release the PRC in Tannu Tuva, mirroring how the KMT fled to Taiwan in real life.


I suggest that the PRC have an event chain where, if they're about to lose the civil war and Tannu Tuva has been annexed, the Soviets will release them in Tannu Tuva to continue spreading world communism.


Also, the PRC focus tree should have a small section where the PRC can industrialize Tannu Tuva, mobilize the population, etc.

I was also thinking of an additional national focus where Tannu Tuva can get more natural resources, and a similar one for the KMT in Taiwan.

umm no way the PRC can threathen the USSR like that Tann Tuva is mostly resource poor the USSR can grind the PRC into dust in 2 to 4 years

yes the communist can flee to the USSR. the coummunist mostly got excuted in real life, however the higher up communist would mostly flee then face capture.

all the communist can do in the USSR is protest or start attacks on the borders from the USSR.

I understand, but I meant that releasing the PRC in Tannu Tuva doesn't let them do the "Found Our Nation" thing or start the Sino-Soviet border war.

Just a smaller section of the tree where they just remobilize, get more resources and continue being guerrillas, not being a serious communist bulwark or anything.

thens whats the point of tannv tuva its barren an all most no resources and that alot of work but i will keep in mind

Because it's a core province of China and the PRC and I'd like an alternate history scenario where the ChiComs retreat somewhere. Look, an alternate history novel about the KMT winning had the PRC being released in Sevastopol, but that's honestly way too far away from China for them to be comfortable. If you don't like them in Tannu Tuva, maybe they could be released in Vladivostok instead, but the Soviets are very fond of that city.

Maybe they could get Soviet military aid and industrial aid (a one-time thing of course). Also, can the KMT get US military and industrial aid in Taiwan if possible?

the ROC didn't get aid till the korean war was over and what does the USSR gets for aiding the defeated communist? Stalin in real life did aid the communist if the communist got defeated it would be a farther waste of equipment. the last thing stalin wants is WW3
