USSR-PRC comintern bug
As Chinese soviet republic, when i wanted to join comintern, it shows theres a -250 factor for USSR to reject me, saying they have strategic reason to ally with me. I think its a bug?
have strategic reason to ally with me but it is a -250 factor !?
