Ok, am I missing something? I have looked into the event files and as I understand it once the warlord clique nations (Guangxi, Shanxi, etc.) are gone you should get less painful versions of the Warlord Cliques national spirts, until it vanishes (event kmt.82). But I keep getting it back, constantly. I have won the war vs. Japan and have a democratic government, have intergrated warlord armies, and am at peace.
