Tai An-lan death event?
In RL, Tai An-lan commanded a mechanized division and died of his wounds in the 1942 retreat to Burma.

However, in-game he survives the war. I think there should be an event where you get notified of his death.

It's just bizzare when you force historical events into the game. The Japanese almost never reach Burma in the game and have an event stating that Tai An-lan died in Burma while he was actually fighting in Northern China would be kind of weird. Also he might not have suffered the same fate if he was fighting another region other than Burma.
After all, this game is about how you can change history.
