Whats the point of the second tier manager desk?
why isnt there any information about this in game? It just says "it has a computer"... what the ♥♥♥♥ does that mean? Pawns still have to go to it?

I believe the tier 2 manager's desk just speeds up the managing job. I'm not 100% sure about that, but it makes sense.
