For Saunders, since numbers is their game, maybe their cities should have extra production when producing armored/military units so they can crank out tanks fast. Perhaps they should also have improved airlift capability of some sort (as demonstrated in the movie with their cargo plane) if that's possible.
I don't know if I can implement the vision penalty when next to enemy units; if it isn't in the coding there won't be much I can do. The massive flanking bonus is okay, but then again it's pretty similar to the current Ooarai UA.
