I'll probably add a warning to the modded checkboxes though so people understand that crashes and unforeseen behavior may occur.
As far as there being blank spaces, are you sure those aren't from mods and you just haven't reset the board? If you're positive that they're from the default game, then open the console by pressing the tilde (~) and paste this into it:
print(GetPlayer().components.itemTableHandler.globList[1])
Replace "1" with the number that the blank space is on. The numbers increase in the same way that you'd read a book, so 1 is top left, and 25 is bottom right. It'll print the item prefab of whatever item is in the blank space. Let me know what it is and I'll take it out of the mod. Oh, and press control+L to get rid of the annoying text after you're done that. :-)
