Something i found in a box

So i was messing around in the map, trying to find if anything was connected to the piano easter egg so i was looking all through out the map, and I found something in a box in the ally left of the front door, it's the smallest box, and it looks like this https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561198342921463/screenshots/ does anyone know what this is? is it connected to anything?
