So I'm unsure if your mod adds this in or if it's something else as I cannot find this ANYWHERE on the workshop.

This megastructure came up after I gained the AP Galactic Wonders, and despite me thinking it's a bit OP, I attempted to build it only to find out that I cannot build it anywhere. No suitable sites pop up.

Unsure if this is your mod or someone else's but was wondering if I could find some clarity.
